SHIPPING POLICY
For Standard Delivery, please allow 2 to 4 business days to process your order, with additional time in transit. are processed in the order they are received, and those placed on Friday, weekends, or national holidays will be handled on the following business. To view your shipping rate, simply enter your billing and shipping information during checkout. All packages are sent via US Postal Services, with domestic orders typically arriving within 2 – 4 business days for in-stock items, while international orders usually take 10 – 14 business days. Once your order is placed, it enters our automated fulfillment system and is usually processed the same day. For any returns, please refer to our return policy.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Markd LLC, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, such as sending the wrong item. Refunds for items returned within 14 days of receipt will be issued in the same form as the original payment, excluding shipping charges. Please note that if the conditions are not met, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 50% or refuse the return altogether. Once items are shipped, Markd LLC is not responsible for, except in cases of damaged goods.
